On the afternoon of November 18th, a delegation from ISRP France (Institut Supérieur de Rééducation Psychomotrice - Higher Institute for Psychomotor Therapy) visited the Belt and Road International Cooperation Development Institute in Shenzhen. The visiting party included Mr. Mark SOUBIRAN, Chairman of ISRP Group; Mr. Alain SENANEDSCH, Chairman of Project Development and Operations at ISRP Group; Mrs. Lei SHI, Head of International Affairs at ISRP Group; Dr. Li Huang, Dean of the US Global Competitiveness Institute; Ms. Chunxiao Li, Project Director of the ISRP Project Operations Team; and Mr. Yumu Wu, Academic Affairs Director of the ISRP Project Operations Team.
The participants from the Belt and Road Research Institute (BRRI) included Professor Yita Tao, Director of the Research Center for Special Economic Zones at Shenzhen University and Dean of the Belt and Road International Cooperation Development Institute in Shenzhen; Wei Li, Head of the Talent Enhancement Project at the Belt and Road International Cooperation Development Institute; Chen Wang, Office Director of the Belt and Road International Cooperation Development Institute; and Cheng Chen, Dean’s Assistant of the Belt and Road International Cooperation Development Institute in Shenzhen.
At the meeting, Professor Yita Tao warmly welcomed the delegation from
ISRP France (Institut Supérieur de Rééducation Psychomotrice - Higher Institute for Psychomotor Therapy) to the Belt and Road International Cooperation Development Institute in Shenzhen and provided an overview of the current development status of the institute. She mentioned that the institute has been dedicated to promoting the implementation of China's Belt and Road Initiative, leveraging the think tank resources of higher education institutions to provide development consulting and planning for special economic zones and free trade areas along the Belt and Road countries.
She highlighted that the institute shares the successful experiences of China’s special economic zones and offers Chinese solutions for emerging market economies to address developmental issues. Moreover, it assists enterprises in expanding overseas and plays a unique role in implementing the national Belt and Road Initiative, serving the country's strategic development, and making significant contributions.
Professor Tao expressed her anticipation for collaborating with ISRP on this meaningful project, stating that the institute sees this as an opportunity to deepen exchanges and cooperation with international advanced health concepts and technologies. Together, they aim to promote the development of the Greater Health and Rehabilitation sector under the Belt and Road framework.
Mr. Mark SOUBIRAN, Chairman of the ISRP Group from France, expressed his heartfelt thanks for the warm welcome extended by Professor Yita Tao and highly praised the efforts and achievements of the Belt and Road Research Institute (BRRI) in promoting policy research related to the Belt and Road Initiative, corporate internationalization strategies, and cross-border cooperation. He stated that they are delighted to enter into a collaboration with the Belt and Road International Cooperation Development Institute in Shenzhen.
Through this partnership, both parties will jointly explore new approaches that integrate mental health with psychomotricity and rehabilitation, aiming to provide more scientific and systematic solutions to mental health issues globally, particularly in regions along the Belt and Road. This collaboration is intended to address these challenges with innovative methods and contribute to the advancement of global mental health and rehabilitation practices.
At the signing ceremony, Professor Yita Tao, Dean of the Belt and Road Research Institute (BRRI), and Mr. Mark SOUBIRAN, Chairman of the ISRP Group from France, signed a formal cooperation agreement on behalf of their respective institutions. The signing of this agreement marks a new phase in strategic collaboration between the two organizations in the field of health psychology, laying a solid foundation for future in-depth cooperation in areas such as talent cultivation, research projects, and transnational partnerships.
This signing officially launches the collaboration between the Yish World Superior Institute of Psychomotricity and Rehabilitation (ISRP) and BRRI in the domain of health psychology. Going forward, both parties will engage in comprehensive cooperation across academic research, project implementation, international exchanges, and more, providing crucial support to the mental health initiatives of countries along the Belt and Road.
The partnership is set to enhance mutual understanding and integration of best practices in mental health and rehabilitation, contributing significantly to the development of mental health services in the regions involved in the Belt and Road Initiative.
