Peng Kaiping

Professor, Ph.D. in psychology of the University of Michigan, U.S.A., has taught in the Department of psychology of Peking University, the Department of psychology of the University of California, Berkeley, and the Department of psychology of Tsinghua University. He has won tenure in psychology and East Asian Studies at the University of California, Berkeley, U.S.A., and a number of grants and awards from the Chunhui program of the Ministry of education of China, the National Natural Science Foundation of the United States and the national mental health foundation of the United States. He has also served as a member of the Scientific Leadership Committee of the American Psychological Association (APA), the first Dean of the Department of psychology of Tsinghua University, and. The main research fields are: cultural psychology, social psychology, positive psychology.
